Upload your CSV
Any CSV up to 100 MB. Tell us which column holds the numbers — everything else in the file is passed through untouched.
STEP 2
We check every row
Numbers are validated against the official numbering plans of 243 countries, then enriched with country, region, line type and carrier.
STEP 3
Download the clean file
Your original columns, plus the answers. Open it in Excel, or push it straight back into your CRM.
What you learn about each number
Every row comes back with the same columns you sent, plus:
- Is it a real number? Whether it is a valid, dialable number in its country — not merely the right length.
- Country and region. Resolved from the number itself, so a badly formatted international list still sorts correctly.
- Line type. Mobile, fixed line, VoIP or toll-free — so you know before you send an SMS to a landline.
- Carrier. The network the number belongs to.
- A clean, consistent format. Every number normalised to international format, whatever shape it arrived in.
Who does this
Mostly people with one big list and a reason to trust it:
- Recruiters and agencies cleaning a candidate database before a campaign.
- Sales and marketing teams cutting the dead numbers out of a CRM before paying to message them.
- Operations teams checking a customer list after a migration or a merger.
- Anyone who bought a list and wants to know how much of it is real before acting on it.
If you would rather do this from code, the same checks are available through our API — but you do not need it for a one-off list.
What it costs
One credit per number checked. Your first 1,000 are free, and credit packs start at a few dollars — a 50,000-row list costs less than a working lunch. You can buy credits once and use them whenever, with no subscription: see pricing.
Cleaning a list is usually a job, not a habit. If you only need it once, buy a pack, run the file, and stop — there is nothing to cancel.
If your finance team cannot pay by card, we can invoice you for a bank transfer — just ask.
Your file, your data
Your list is processed inside the EU and stored only so we can process it and let you download the result. You can delete it — and its results — from your dashboard at any time, and deleting your account removes them too.
We publish a pre-signed Data Processing Agreement and a full security and sub-processor page, so your legal team can review us without a phone call.
