Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Veriphone's API or website.
Who We Are
Veriphone is a product of Epic Grove Ltd ("Epic Grove", "we", "us", "our"), a private limited company registered in England & Wales under company number 17285617, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. References to "Veriphone" in these Terms mean the Veriphone service operated by Epic Grove Ltd.
Your access to and use of Veriphone is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use Veriphone.
By accessing or using Veriphone you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access Veriphone.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on Veriphone.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access Veriphone and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with Veriphone or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Orders and Payments
Veriphone is a product of Epic Grove Ltd. For purchases made on or after 7 July 2026, Epic Grove Ltd is the seller of record. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and charges appear on your card statement as VERIPHONE (charges made before 4 October 2026 may appear as EPIC GROVE LTD). For billing questions, invoices, or receipt copies, contact support@veriphone.io.
Subscriptions purchased before 7 July 2026 were sold through our authorized reseller Paddle.com, and Paddle.com remains the Merchant of Record for those subscriptions until they end or are migrated. Customer-service inquiries and returns for those orders are handled by Paddle in cooperation with us.
Subscriptions, Renewal and Cancellation
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and are charged to your saved payment method until you cancel. We email you a reminder before each renewal and a receipt after each charge.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard at veriphone.io/app/plans, or by writing to support@veriphone.io. Your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
Free Credits and Refunds
We provide a free tier of 1,000 credits/month in order to allow our users to try our service extensively before purchasing more credits.
If a purchase is not right for you, write to support@veriphone.io and we will refund it in these cases:
- Credit packs: a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, if none of the pack's credits have been used.
- Subscriptions: a full refund of a first payment or of a renewal within 7 days of the charge, if none of that billing period's credits have been used.
Outside these cases purchases are non-refundable, and credits that have been used cannot be refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and the credits or plan they paid for are removed from your account.
If you do not recognise a charge from Veriphone, please contact us at support@veriphone.io before raising it with your bank, so that we can resolve it with you directly.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Veriphone.
Veriphone has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Veriphone shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Termination of Service
We may terminate or suspend access to Veriphone without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Termination of Account
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use Veriphone will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Veriphone or delete your account from your control panel.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use Veriphone after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using Veriphone.
